Meet the team at 180 Nutrition

We’re passionate about what we do and are a friendly bunch too. Our aim is to genuinely make a difference in an industry laidened with health misconceptions from companies that are all hype and no value.

  • Touch Football

    Guy Lawrence – Director

Guy likes to think of himself as a bit of a resource where health and nutrition is concerned. He has a long career as a health and fitness coach and is also partial to a bit of public speaking (some say he loves the sound of his own voice). He can talk the talk about TRX, CrossFit and will happily engage in a conversation about food, just don’t broach the subject of sugar!

If you have any questions drop us a line here. Or if you are in Sydney pop into the University of Technology Fitness Centre (located here) and ask for Guy.

  • Stuart Cooke

    Stuart Cooke – Director

As the unofficial ‘better half’ of 180 Stuart is as busy at home as he is at the office. As a father of three young daughters he is deeply aware of the importance of nutritional education from an early age. Outside of the office he trains at CrossFit Bare with Guy and Khan and at the weekend will be found in his wetsuit a kilometer or two off the coast of Coogee Beach. (Some say escaping the madhouse at home).

Jokes aside, the team are constantly evolving 180 Nutrition in the hope of improving the overall health, wellbeing and awareness of their customers.

  • Khan Porter

    Khan Porter – Marketing Director

KP joins the 180 team as Marketing Director which, despite it’s grandiose connotations, essentially means he plays around on social media and occasionally comes up with clever ideas. A self-diagnosed sufferer of ADD, he also moonlights as writer, presenter, CrossFit coach and personal trainer.

His professional background is split between the fitness and creative industries, having worked as a health coach for years as well as in marketing, social media management and as a journalist, photographer and travel writer. In his spare time he usually ends up doing CrossFit, otherwise you’ll catch him surfing, skating, eating, writing or thinking of creative ways to annoy his girlfriend.

  • Tania Flack

    Tania Flack – Naturopath

Tania Flack is a leading naturopath and nutritionist. She believes that an integrative approach to healthcare, including the use of evidence based natural medicine, is the best approach for optimal wellness.

Tania’s warm, realistic approach mixed with a strong emphasis on education and responsibility helps to inspire people to be proactive about their health and make long term changes in their diet and lifestyle that will serve them in the years to come. Tania runs a successful practice in the eastern suburbs of Sydney which can be found here.

  • caroline howe

    Caroline Howe – Resident Chef

Caroline has over 15 years experience working in the Australian rehabilitation field as a practitioner, teacher, advocate, facilitator, and change agent.

But that is only half of the story. Caroline had heart surgery at age 18, battled cancer three times between the age of 32 and 36 and raised two amazing children around all of that. Health for Caroline is key because in her mind, a healthy body can’t grow cancer. For her being healthy in both body and mind is crucial. Healthy for Caroline does not mean skinny it means strong and it’s about believing in yourself and knowing that fighting to be healthy is worth everything. You can find Caroline’s delicious recipes on our blog here.
